The flexible structure and staff can also follow the special requirements of our customers, ensuring their maximum satisfaction. Our 7000 m2 sheltered production area counts high specialized workers equipped as follows:

  • Dedicated welding area to working with carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Painting room
  • NDT/NDE execution area and Internal inspectors
  • Mechanical assembly and wiring area
  • Testing room with multi-voltage and multi-frequency power supply, where are executed pressure, inspections and functional tests with diathermic oil and water
  • “Clean room” for assembly into purified atmosphere
  • High flow and pressure Flushing & Cleaning system, with in line monitoring for piping internal cleaning certification.

Over the years we have been increasing our specialization in piping construction fabrication, working with carbon steel, stainless steel and dissimilar welds.
We have also gained experience in construction of different components for special applications. Pipes, manifolds, or machines parts demands are made on customer design and specifications.

The welding operations are performed by qualified personnel according to ASME IX – EN; non-destructive testing and inspections can be also performed by internal certified inspectors as well as external classification societies witness (ABS, Ri.Na., Lloyd Register, DNV, Bureau Veritas, etc …).


We can provide the finished product with surface treatment according to customer specification or protective coating.

Taking advantages from internal mechanical design department and from the quality of our welding operators, we adopt a modular skid fabrication approach with 100% of internally pre-fabricated piping and supports. Stick built manufacturing approach is eliminated, to achieve higher quality level and skid manufacturing schedule optimization.
From small pumping skids up to containerized plants solutions or complex modules, we are able to deliver systems according to most demanding customer specifications and requirements.
Our particular engineering/industrial approach is applied both to one-off and highly customized product and to semi-standardized and repetitive production.

The products are equipped complete with:

Finished plants are tested according to specific procedures. Finished products with a suitable package can be delivered both to the customer and to the end user.


Taking advantages from the efficiency of the software used for electrical design, we are able to minimize the electrical and automation panel assembly and cabling lead time, applying also concept as cable harness and pre-cabling.
Our construction staff is skilled and experienced to comply with complex client specifications for the construction and configuration of:
